Products require a name, category, price, availability and timestamps. Orders retain item names, options, unit prices, quantities, line totals, subtotal, discount, delivery fee, total, customer details, location, fulfilment type, payment method, payment status and order status.
Customers may read only their own data. Administrator access follows the trusted business membership. Required compound indexes are defined in firestore.indexes.json.
