Preparation

Node.js 22.12 or newer confirmed
Complete package extracted
Firebase-capable Google account ready
Static website host selected
Country, currency and timezone confirmed

Installation

Open source in a terminal.
Run npm ci and npm --prefix functions ci.
Complete Firebase setup.
Copy and complete the environment files in Configuration.
Validate development and production configuration.
Create or link the host in Choose a host.
Run the documented deployment command.
Add the published hostname to Firebase Authorized domains.
Open /sign-in and select Complete setup after entering the administrator and business details.

First launch

Administrator login works
Business details, currency and timezone are correct
Weekly hours and Taking orders status are correct
Collection, delivery and manual payment choices are configured
At least one category and product are visible
Test order reaches Orders
Status workflow reaches completion
Demo data is removed if it is not required
Optional providers have passed their sandbox or test checklist

Installation is complete when the published storefront and /admin pass every applicable launch check.
